Getting Started Guide

Thank you for choosing Naill Digitizing! This guide will guide you through getting started with your photos. Let's get started!

Before you get started, you will need to activate your order. Pressing this button below will bring you to the window to do so. You will have to either log in to your account or sign up using the same email address used when you placed your order. After you are done, come back to this page, and press "Next."

  1. Remove all photos from photo frames and anything else they're located in if they're inside of a frame. Photos can stay in photo books, but you can remove any photos you don't want us to scan.

  2. Organize them into piles. We recommend about 30 per pile. If you have seperate types of photos (eg. prints, instants, slides, etc.), put each type into a separate pile, still following about 30 photos per pile. All negatives can be in one pile.

  3. Once again, count up your photos and make sure that they are below the limits for your plan.

Enhanced: 300 photos

Premium: 600 photos

Deluxe: 1200 photos

  1. Take your organized photos and place them into bags, small boxes, envelopes, or anything else that will secure your items during transport. Your photo book is already packaged, but you can put it into a bag or box to provide protection or to prevent anything from sticking to it during the next step.

Select if you used your own box or if you used our box when you ordered your photos. 

Inside your box, you should see 5 labels. Peel off each label, and put it onto each item, such as your bag, box, or photo book. If you need more labels, you can download more by pressing the button below, and putting your last name where it says "Last Name."

Using the link below, download and print the labels. You can either print them out on paper or use labels sized 1" by 2 5/8". Put your last name on each label, and put it onto each bag, box, or book you're having us scan.

Fill out the form, so we can ensure that we scan everything to your liking.

If you accidentally lost or broke a label, so we can ensure that we didn't loose anything or anything was lost in transit.,

Thanks for submitting! You can now move onto Step 5.

Select what you used for delivery during checkout.

You will find a shipping label in your box. Take the label, and put it over the previous label. Bring your box to the nearest UPS Store and drop it off, or assign a pickup time at your house through UPS's website. Your photos will then ship to us for scanning. Once scanned, we will return them to you.

If you didn't do so while ordering, please fill out the form below to get your shipping label. It will ask for the size of your box, the weight, etc. If you aren't able to submit it right now, you can find it at the bottom of our site in the "Resources" section. After you submit, it will take between 1-5 business days for us to send you your shipping label to your email. When you receive the email with your shipping label, print out the label and tape it over the previous label, or use an adhesive label that measures 5" x 3.5". Go to your nearest UPS Store and drop off your photos. Your photos will then be shipped to us for scanning. Once scanned, we will return them to you.

You will find a label in your box that has your order number, full name, and address. Take the label, and put it over the previous label. Contact us by going to our help page, and going to Contact, to schedule a time for us to pick up your order. We will then scan your photos, then drop them off at your house once finished.

Congrats! You have finished everything that you need to do to begin scanning your photos. We'll do all the work from here.
