Shipping Options

We only offer standard ground shipping.

Shipping Times
If otherwise stated, Naill Digitizing will ship your orders within 3 business days at the most. All packages are shipped using UPS® Ground, meaning that once your package leaves are facility, it will arrive in 1-5 business days.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to our service area, which is Colorado and Wyoming. If your shipping address is outside of this area, you won't be able to place your order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on what you are purchasing. Free shipping is available for our boxes. However, you will have to pay for shipping if you are using your own boxes and for DigiSafe Offline items.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or damaged in transit. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and get your order to you as soon as possible. If you purchased our Shipping Insurance, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Shipping Refunds
We will refund the shipping cost for any orders that are canceled before they ship.
